KMS Partners is a partnership between lawyers and mediators.
After having worked in several large firms the KMS founders, Patrick Kileste, Michel Caluwaerts and Dimitri De Ryck have decided to create a smaller structure, allowing the avoidance of conflicts of interests and values.
Their two principles are:
On the one hand, specialization in the following areas of expertise : commercial distribution law, corporate law, competition law, contracts law, property law, family law and international private law ;
And on the other hand, to promote « another way to manage the dispute », favoring alternative dispute resolution
KMS Partners’ members can help their clients in all those fields of law.
In order to maintain their ability to meet any request, they favor the membership in several networks, formal and informal, at the national and international levels.
KMS Partners are able to meet the needs of any firm or person in those fields of expertise and to help any person faced with a conflict to choose the most appropriate way to resolve it.
